In this second part, the tone-mapped HDR image (output from Dynamic Photo in part 1) is manipulated in Photoshop using the workflow from my Urban Ugliness photo essay.
You'll see how I convert to b&w using the channels technique and then manipulate contrast and levels to achieve the Urban Ugly look.
