  • i have been excersing for about 6 months now, every other day and have PUT ON 1 kg.

    to be honest, i have more or less stopped weighing myself cause i've realised that that is not where i'm benefiting. My fat stomach IS getting smaller and smaller, which is why i started in the first place. The scales just give me a number, it means nothing. I'm happy with what i've achieved.

  • Weight gain seems to be faster. I gained 10 pounds in 2 weeks. It takes me like 6 weeks to take that off.

My friend also recommended me that diet site.. And I was really jealous because she lost a hundred lbs just in a couple of weeks..

  • A few days/weeks of illness sickness or shortage of good would result in big issues if weight loss was quick. (other than this issue) In regards to the fast weight/fat loss/gain you describe in this video, i would prefer it to be fast because each meal would have a higher impact on my health. A great video putting things in good perspective for the people having trouble losing weight/fat

  • I agree how weight loss can be slow at times..big problem for me! I'm also working out now to lose weight and gain muscles. I started after I read this certain website. The best part is, it's getting the lean muscular Holliwood look - not the BUFF one. You can check out my profile cause I can't post the link in Youtube.

  • There was over 100 who signed up 4 our weight loss thread on the quilt forum.All ladies,all ages,different disabilities.But still are losing. weight.Found your video's 5 days ago and told every one about them.Plus emailed some friends.So I just wanted 2 thank you,and say a BUNCH of women just came on board,and love you.Myself,I've lost 93 pounds in 4 yrs.With no help from pills or surgery.Just like you said,portion control,and moving more. Thanks SO Much.WE LOVE YOU 4 helping us.It's hard work

  • better to thank your body for slow weight loss as it is an adaptation for survival; in times of famine. Not so much about weight gain.
