And if you do not like to eat animals: Tofu or soy-products in general for the proteins (beans are great too, so mix them!) and for the Omega-3 and -6: add some linseed-oil :)

Just eat what you like,but less of it. Simple. I did that,plus being a bit more active and I dropped ten pounds.
