Demi was brilliant, she half carried me to my room where she phoned my mom and tried to explain that i was having some sort of breakdown, then when she hung up i leaned my head onto her and cryed, and the whole time she just sat there and rubbed my back. When i started to calm down she quizzed me

"sel, whats rong, you can tell me anything" she said, so i decided to tell her "demi .... i think ... i might .... b-be .... p-pr-pregnant ... and the worst .... part ... of it is ..." i couldnt finish, i started crying again, she looked shocked but she held me tighter and whispered into my ear "whats the worst part sel" i took a deep breath and blurted out "The Worst Part is that Joe could be the dad and i hate myself for hurting you" i broke down again when i looked at demi's face.

She looked like somebody had just got a knife and stabbed her right through the heart, but instead of yelling she hugged me tighter and said "oh", in that moment i really did hate myself, "Demi please ... dont l-leave me" i begged her, "i need you" and it was true too.

"i wont leave you selly", she said, she has tears streaming down her own face, and she must have been hurting, after-all she loved joe but she was being serious.

What a shcok mom must have got when she came home to find me and demi in my bedroom, the both of us crying and hugging eachother. "Sel, hunny, are you okai?" mom asked me, i shook my head no and she walked over "and you demi?" she asked demi, "ill be okai" demi replied, and she held my hand tightly, "selly, i think im gonna go home, mrs Gomez can i stay over later, i want to be with Selena" demi asked as she wiped the last of her tears away "sure you can demi" mom replied and she looked at me again and bit her lip, she always did that when she was worried.

Once demi had left mom locked my bedroom door and sat down with me while i cryed, we sat there for about an hour until she spoke. "sel, hunny, whats wrong" she looked at me again and i bit my lip, for some reason i never felt worried when i talked to my mom "you'll hate me" i replied "thats impossible, i love you hunny, now please tell me sweetie, you have me worried" i took a deep breath again and explained "mom i think i might be pregnant" she just nodded her head "and if you are, who would be classed as daddy" she smiled, she was trying to make light of the situation, "well ... it might be nick, but it could also be ..." i stuttered at his name, mom really was gonna kill me "j-joe"

mom just nodded, she didnt yell or scream, she didnt slap me, in fact she just sat there and hhugged me "so thats why demi was crying" she asked, i just nodded, "well i must say i am a little dissapionted in you selena, but im here for youh" she said "mom what do i do" i asked her, i'd managed to stop crying by now and sumhow id calmed myself down too. "well, we dont know if you are yet or not so first you should do a test, i have a spare one, and im not going to need it anymore, so we'll use that, and if it comes out positive, ill fone the doctors and book you an appointment for tomorrow to double check" she smiled "now you wait here, ill go get that test" and with that she left.
