... real experience (he has given up his body (practically), by these process first step: highest concentration on breath, afterwards you realise only the breath (as your own observer) body is complete transparent), thinking not possible, heart is speaking (only heart makes noise), darkness comes, you advance in the atmosphere, "there is not identity at all", you are one, nonduality travelling to the light, if you survive, you comes back into your own body, you realise, this is HUMAN BEEING !

Rumi was a Tajik (Persian) Poet from Balkh, Afghanistan which was a part of Old Khorasan and is now present day Afghanistan, Tajikistan and Southern Uzbekistan and Eastern Iran. We are all Persians but Please Dont call him Iranian because Iran is Western Persia and he was From Eastern Persia.
Leave your politics, religion and juvenile pettiness at the door and just appreciate the poem

There are secrets in poetry..the essence traveling within the words and the silence in between. Oh my heart!
