PRO TIP: Use the grappling hook to hijack the helicopter or drop enemies parachuting from the sky. ;) There's no grappling hook available in challenge 2 and in Survival you need to survive to wave 5 to get the grappling hook. Btw, instead of having numbers on the enemies' head, you can change them to healthbars... :p
