First off the picture is fake, and I know because in T3 they made him do intensive training to gain his muscle back, also there is even footage of him working out at a local gym and he has like 20" arms =P and even if these pictures were real It doest mean anything, the man is 64 and has trained all his life, give him a break! Sad to know this man has to be massive to be accepted by the media.
