rooney could have shoulder barged him easily to get the ball if you look at gerrards momentum already taking him off the pitch - a simple barge would have easily got him off and back in to rooney's control. But this is why the EPL is different to other leagues, players need to look like warriors, which I am not against, I totally understand and love it, but you can understand why foreigners would not be so impressed. MU Fan here
