  • also you shouldn't grab the back of your head when you do it.. i usually cross my hands on my chest.. i cross my legs and keep them paralell to the floor.. and i go half way up when doing the situp..

  • is he not doing the situp worng? going up too high causes lower back pain. He is using lower back muscles rather than abs when he gets too high!!!!

  • trainning like that is very hard .
