Ok I am sure that this is the problem but do I have to weld it? I dont have a welder.

i normally use that Lucas upper cylinder and injector cleaner. Is that any good ?

Wow !! You weld also. Your the complete package Rich !!!! I noticed a black film on the edge of my tail pipe that is easy to wipe off. It is the same film that was on the inside of my egr valve and around the gap part of my spark plugs. Any idea why I get that kind of burn off ? Thanks Rich

@richpin06 Thanks for getting back to me. I just realized the bolts are double ends with a nut screwed on. I thought that nut was the bolt head. How is it possible to remove a bolt without a head? could the nut act as the head since it's rusted on?
