Thai A340-600 in Oslo

Thai replaced the "usuall" A340-500 with the -600 this weekend due to high demand, well a video says more than a thousand words..

@Planefreakful du trenger ikke å skrive hvis du ikke er sikker! Thai opererte i grunnen med A340-500, men kapasiteten var flere ganger sprengt så da satt de inn A340-600. Legg merke til at jeg skriver FLERE ganger. B747SP tror jeg ikke de har brukt på denne ruten, ettersom det flyet aldri har vært i flåten dems..men B747-400 har de brukt i flere anledninger. Nå brukes B777-200ER fast på denne ruten!

@torelv det er ikke sikkert ;) Thai har opperert med både 777 og A340-500. Dette var en av de gangene de faktisk har fløyet med en A340-600 (ikke ofte). De har faktisk brukt en 747 SP, men bare en gang (jeg kan ta feil....)

I was flying A 340-500 to BKK and A 340-600 on the way back in october 2010.

"What a greate way to fly"

The old 747-400 they use from CPH is a nightmare compare to the A 340`s and B777-200 that Thai is using to/from Oslo.

I was flying with Thai from Sweden in economy and they use their 747-4D7 on the route ARN-BKK. The only bad thing about their 747 is that their is no personal tv-screens in economy, just some old fashion big screens. It get´s kind of boring flying 10+ hours without be able to choose what you want to watch. Otherwise Thai is always great. Lucky Norway to have the A-340.
