Five Republicans presented their candidate resumes in front of a packed theater at Wilton High School on Sunday afternoon, January 24, 2010. The candidates each gave a five minute opening statement, answered seven questions and then closed for two minutes.
They were asked about the Commerce Clause of the Consitution.
Commerce: buying and sell with no value added.. Commerce is taxible.. income is the direct result of labor, which is private property, and is not taxable.. the Internal Revenue Code is only enforcable and is given the rule of law only by consent, in my opinion, but then again it's all in the interpretation isn't it..? he who has the greater force wins in the long run, but the longrun consists of many short runs where good and honorable men and women die..
