@Skeptic121 Look, the only thing that 9/11 shows is that the demolition industry is a big con. It was shown 3 times in one day that skyscrapers can be brought down in their own footprint with largish random damage and fire. It is the demolition industry that should be investigated for scamming people out of money for all these years!

Mark Loizeaux shows us how difficult it is to rig a building for controlled demolition. On the other hand, how difficult is it to rig a building for demolition by fire and damage? Not deliberate damage, but random damage by falling debris. It is hard to know how difficult the latter might be, if only because it has never happened before or since WTC7 collapsed.
For an opposing opinion, search for "Danny Jowenko" who does the same job as Mark Loizeaux but works in Europe.
