@beears333 She has not given the affirmation for the first chakra. This is at the base of the spine. Place your right hand here first, in the back on the tailbone (base of spine).....affirmation is said 4 times "Please make me innocent, pure & wise." Left hand remains open throughout the meditaiton.

@andevendeeper ever heard of a spiral? the shift is 360 degrees, accompanied by a simultaneous shift in level, up or down. That is more powerful than a 180 degrees. 180 is not complete...it is only half. To be complete, it needs to be 360 degrees. I don't know if I was able to communicate correctly.

If you watch the entire video, she indicates 7 chakras, which is correct, but then only gives affirmations and hand positions for 6. I believe she leaves out the position and affirmantion for the 3rd or navel chakra. anyone know the missing affirmation and hand position?
Nice video... but, to be honest, a 360° shift in our lives would only make sense if we do not want to change it :P
