when you kick you keep ya supporting foot flat on the floor, otherwise you it will be you that goes backwards not the person your kicking, look before you turn ,kick with the bull of the foot, ect.ect need i go on,this not karate its a joke

@rdp2491 - i have acknowledge these errors before below. this vid was taken a long time ago (from the top of my head this iwas a green belt went i did this performance) so i have improved this kata considerably now.

thank you for your comments... the last bit was un-neeeded however... you can say what you like about my karate and gkr but you can't knock our attitudes!!!

is it GKR specific to first move the feet anf then look at the direction your moving?

I do Wado Karate for 33 years now have done some other styles to and it is sight first then moving the body with all those styles

nope, that was my error. the standard rule is as you say in gkr, it was purely me performing this kata in this way with this inadiquicy.

if you guys are senseis i thought youll be more smarter than fight im 12 and i no that senseis dont fight but if you think that gkr sucks i dont think your a sensei at all because a real sensei wouldnt create a fight

@hssp900 Oooh, hit a nerve with that one? All im hearing from you hssp, is talk. Talk of how crap GKR is, how the instructors suck and how bad this guy doing kata is. So clearly you've got better technique and more knowledge than, atleast, the guy in the video. So, seeing as you have the balls to bring down what i thought was a fairly well executed kata for his grade, how bout you show a bit sack and show everyone here your rendition of that kata so people can make their own minds up?

@hssp900 Instruction is on a volunteer basis only, thus, instructors dont get paid. Please endeavour to have an understanding of what you're talking about before critisizing others.
