THANK YOU THANK YOU THANKYOU!!!!!
I've been working for two SOLID weeks now, trying to retarget my makehuman armature bones to bvh, and it has only worked badly. Foot-long neck on a hot girl isn't really desirable, unless you're living in the postapocalypse or a horror movie.
Then I found a tut in portugese that showed deleting the model's armature and replacing with the bvh armature, but the problem you showed meant that only the fingernails were moving.
BUT YOU JUST DID IT! My model is ALIVE!!

@SugaredBacon117 There are many reasons why this may happen. If your model is very complex then break it into pieces. Remember that any amount of objects can share the same Armature. For a model like a Halo Spartan it's easy because the helmet, arms, legs are all hard objects so you can separate them, then parent them individually to bones in the Armature.
