ZZ's weight loss plan:
1: Eat only special order dry kibble, spritzed with salmon oil, throughout the day. Eat only 1 or 2 kibbles at a time. A TINY treat now and then is okay. No more than 3 treats a day. A bite of Dad's peanut butter and jelly toast on Saturday morning is allowed (unless you are over 40).

2: Drink plenty of Middleburg mineral well water (same stuff you pay money for in the store).

3. Play with toys intermittently throughout the day with short naps in between play time. For your naps, I highly recommend a round, furry pink and white bed (you can find it at Target). Even Chance likes to carry it around, but he can only use it to rest his big head.

4. Every night do the ZZ workout routine (attached to this email) at least 2 times for 10 minutes each session. Make sure you do the hacking cough and full body shake at the end. Now, I do this to maintain my girlish figure, but if you need to lose weight or if you are over 40 you will need to do this every hour of the day, every day of the week, for the rest of your life!! And NO treats!

This is how I stay so fit & trim. If we all did this daily, we would have no weight problems!
