  • Hi - Hmmm, well how do you justify/define intensity?!

    It's a pretty intense, FULL bodyworkout, and therefore burning calories and fat?

    Pretty much any workout will burn fat in one form or another, it's just specifics as to how much etc.

  • i dont understand how this is a body fat burning exercise, i'm not "dissing" the way you do things however from my understanding the intensity is far too low in order to bring about a "body fat" reduction response. Can you justify for me please?
