Its a 496 HO I own this same boat and I am familiar with the boat in the video. Mine runs 80GPS and this one has headers so 84 is pretty accurate The 25 is a light and efficient boat.

a rage w/ 525 is in the low 80's gps. He is in the mid/high 70's....no more.

That's movin. I must emphasize boat speedo's are usually inacurate. I have a 25' Rage w/ HP500+whipple (700+HP) that shows well over 90 on speedo, but 90 on GPS. He's probably doin about 80.
