@BOBLOL00 ... I'm sure they would but your best bet is to plant your potatoes in late winter - early spring. If you already have seed potatoes give em a try and see what happens.......Donald

obviously potatoes had to exist before agriculture so why do you have to hill potatoes? Is it to make the potato larger in size which is better for eating?

@Calkirk19 … Since the potatoes form from the roots up they would get exposed to sunlight which ruins them making them inedible…….Donald
