This movement of this quartet is the most exciting of the Haydn Quartets!
I listened to the opus 77 and the opus 76 (I think) quartets over and over on an old LP record back in the 1980s.
If I weren't poor, I'd buy a CD of all the Haydn but also all Boccherini string music:
quintets and quartets. I want to listen to something I've never heard before as much as I want to hear old favorites like this one,
played so awesomely by you guys!

This is the 4th movement, the 3rd movement is a slow movement...
But it is very well for a first recital!

Isn't this the 4th movement (the finale?) - a minuet/scherzo or slow movement almost always is in the 3rd slot. This has all the markings of a rondo allegro.
