President Obama at Georgetown University a Catholic university hides Jesus (IHS)

Appearing on The Drudge Report the morning of Thursday, April 16, 2009, was an article from CSNS (CNSNEWS Cybercast News Service) titled, "Georgetown Says It Covered Over Name of Jesus to Comply With White House Request."

President Obama spoke in Gaston Hall at Georgetown University where Jesuits removed the offending reference to Jesus Christ. It was HIS appearing on the wall in the center of the stage. IHS is the abbreviation for the Latin word for Jesus: Ihsovs (Ihsous).

Apparently either Democrat President Barack Obama or The White House Staff felt any reference to the first Messiah, and the only Messiah, would provide competition for this new hallucinated 21st century messiah President Obama. What is most offensive here is that the Judas Jesuits complied and covered up the offending reference. Wonder what they did with their 30 pieces of silver?

I think it was a bad decision for Obama to cover up the "IHS", but I think it's quite a stretch to attribute all these ulterior motives to his actions. Maybe he was being too careful about making sure he wasn't endorsing any religion. It was still a bad decision on his part, but why do people have to read so much into it?

I was unable to locate where I did that. But I did locate all through the video where I lay blame and scorn upon Georgetown University for selling out their faith.

Sure wouldn't want this wing nut for a neighbour. Obama's people had the symbol covered for a good reason. He was addressing all Americans, not just the Jesus freaks. Unless they can find something derogatory to say about Obama, some people just can't have a good day. Don't they have pills for that?

The Roman catholic churches cannot even stand firm with the name Jesus towards Jesus dislikers, even secretly forsake or put aside the name Jesus to gain greater power or worldly desires, what kind of faith are they, what kind of Jesus based Religion is that, sounds like they use Jesus's name for simple people to walk into there churches for a lot more money, popularity and power.

I find this video especially revealing in light of Obama's decision to support the building of a mosque at Ground Zero based on the "constitutional right" of people to worship as they see fit.

Apparently, he does not want to offend anyone with images of Christion devotion, but feels it is ok to offend victims of the 9/11 fanatical muslim terrorist attack.
