I wish more guitarist would use their ears instead of over saturating the gain. Really excellent playing and tone a true inspiration.

Nice tone! I have a Mark IV head and always have a BB Preamp on in front of it. The tone I stellar - great grind! I use Rhythm 2 channel for all my heavy rhythm crunch and it kills with the BB. Most people are down on Rhythm 2. Just get some good pre-amp tubes and a BB and that's all you need. I bought the 5 pre-amp kit from Doug's Tubes.
