i did that box jump on my table and it broke and im a stick i dont eat and when i do i throw up so like idk my parents hate me now :(

This does work if you supplement it in to a regular workout routine you will see a difference. Like all workout programs diet and patients is key. these workouts aren't for people looking for a quick fix, and if that is what you're looking for go stick a finger down you throat and you will get instant results.

I like your curcuit, but instead of just completing it on video you should have someone do it as an example. You could talk about your body positing and form while completing them. Show what parts on the body each motion is targeting.
