Even in my country(Greece) they eat live urchin' s eggs with a screwdriver(!) or somethin', or small oysters with lemon and who knows what other. By the way my racistic indeed comment, was for their faces that seems like if they are making the "eeeeee" sound of the mosquito. Yes I know it' s weird...

And in Italy they have this cheese with maggots, live maggots, so technically their eaten alive.

With a few research you know it's not just in Asia animals are eaten alive. So technically you called practically the whole world human insects.

@cookiesgood1 I am against anything is more UNNECESSARY painful than normal. I have seen videos of european slaughter facilities and I don' t like them either. But boiling an octopus alive for minutes and in front of the customer, or serving the animal aliveto eat it, I think is obviously more cruel than killing it somewhat quicker. Am I weird or something?
