ITF Taekwon-do Master Svendsen

Master Svendsen, 7.dan, ITF Taekwon-Do performing at age 41. Master Svendsen shows his power and technique to GM Choi in Harstad, Norway in oktober 2008. Master Svendsen runs www.itf-academy.no in Norway. Master Svendsen have won a total of 3 world championship gold medals,3 World Championship bronce, 6 European Championship gold and 1 silver. He also won more than 30 medals in scandinavian and national championships. Master Svendsen was an ITF taekwondo world champion in the 80´s and made a come back last year in breaking, sparring and patterns. He runs about two classes a day.

Truely mastery is being displayed here. A great amount of control, discipline, and just plain power. The ones who say TKD is not effective in real fighting never tangled with a fellow thats has true skill in the art. I still use some of the skills I learned in muay-thai even today. The speed, grace, footwork, and flexibilty that yo can obtain is paramount in any martial art. I loved the nut punch ala Bruce Lee in The Big Boss!

I practide WTF; but i like to see itf because i think that i can improve my techniques watching them. ITF is more technical than WTF in most of the techniques and help me to improve. BTW what is the name of the song? I like it.
