I'd get my ass to a hardware store (Home Depot = Sactuary to me) they have hardly any windows so tat's less to board up, tons of good melee weapons and for ranged use a nail gun. If worse comes to worse, grab a shed kitand start movin' everything to teh roof, bring a ladder up there with you and a generator and you're safe from elements. There's also food placeslike subway or harveys attached out front of them for those on break, so there's your food supply for now. You'd have to move fast

you say you read the book but then u claim that graveyards are a definative way to find a zombie but in fact the infection can only be spread to the living so unless some infected person was visiting his loves ones and then passed would u find a zombie in the grave yard hey i love zombies as much as anybody but we never know how the infection will spread

im moving to alaska when the zombies come! they cant survive the cold! but im worried that they might be able to drive and use the heat in the car to survive...scary

I think leather clothing (like those motorcyclists wear) Zombie's won't bite through that, so you don't have to worry about getting infected. Also, like a helmet I think a face shield is very important since you don't want that splattering zombie blood in your eyes or mouth where it could possibly infect you.
