Excuse me, but this scene was filmed in south of Spain, near Guadix and La Calahorra (Granada).

What a great scene, perfectly played by Omar Sharif's son. His mother died, but he kind of doesn't understand it - like a real child.. Realistic, sad and just great cinema.
