2010 MazdaSpeed3 HID 6000k DDM Kit Installed Low Beam

I just installed the DDM Slim ballast kit in my 2010 Speed3 and I'm very pleased with it so far. The light is very white and not as blue as I thought it would be (which is a good thing) and the install was a snap. Everything only fits one way. The only thing that is odd (and I've seen this on another 2010 Speed3) is those boxes from the stock halogen low beam reflectors that you can see on the garage wall.

The long part in the middle is just so you can see the slight change from bluish to white color over time.

My wife and I took it for a spin tonight and the stock low beam projectors do a great job on glare, I followed her car and she said they looked very similar to the "audi flicker" look which is what I was going for.

great video man! ive got the same car and have been debating doing xenons i think your video has sold me on them. im a novice, but from what i can tell its all plug and play right? no cutting and whatnot? keep it up man ill definitely be looking for more of your customization videos :)

@Ramirezc0 Thank you! Yeah the kit I got was completely plug and play. Worked perfectly. Be careful who you buy it from because on the MSF forums some of the guys got cheap kits that you had to do some extra steps. Also- this is for the 35w kit. I think the 55w might need the extra harness because of the wattage. Not 100% sure.

@Red08Speed3 yeah I never updated the video to show the new location since I was too lazy to re-edit it. They are under the headlights now as someone on the forums recommended.
