@kingcamilo The reasoning of that is because people value compassion. The human as a sentient being should be the one with the compassion. The bull is just defending himself and would rather just be free out eating gas and knocking up cows. The matador is there.. specifically.. to kill the bull for an ego thrill. In a cartoon these days. In a world so dense with Ego.. it's not hard to understand why people might feel compassion toward the bull in this situation. We are no longer cavemen.
