@x360xgod Yes you need to take them out. If you eat with them you risk breaking the acrylic on them or tho whole retainer.

It hurt me so bad when I got my retainer in. For this girl it looked like it Dident hurt her a bit.

I already got mine today but my doctor wasent as nice as this doctor was my doctor had my retainers and shoved them in my mouth with a lot of pressure till it fit in and now my teeth hurt realy bad and it feels like my retainer is stuck in my mouth. This isent cool.
