This is the second version of my film.
Let me share something here. My tips for shooting good gang stalking videos. This is a part of my responst to the TI in NY. I decided to share it for other viewers as I thought it would help others also. We need good evidences to prove their existance which is much clear than the UFOs. I'm sharing my evidences, and hoping other TIs do the same.
1.Chose somewhere you can frame everything under control. I am talking about the "frame of reference." It means a closed area that you can manage to observe everything clearly. The frame refers to time, space, culture, population, etc. For instance, a small park in a rural area is easy to frame than a street in a big city. That way, you can observe everything easily. If there are too many people, it would be hard to define which one is perp and which one is someone perps just made conversation to trick you.
2."DO NOT PLAN TOO MUCH!!!" If you plan precisely, it will give you more opportunity for the perps to work on their own plans for destroying your plan.
3.Stick to the definition of gang stalking. What you have to do is prove that gang stalking exist. For that sense, you better film something that relate with the definition of gang stalking. i.e. Anchoring, blighting, etc.
4.If you can define who is the perp in your film, it will be a good documentary film.

6.Watch "24" and other films showing how the government agencies work on surveillance. It gives you some clues of what perps doing. I encountered tree trimming workers in a white ban on the street when I visited Consulate General of Russia in SF. I just entered there as I could not find help from Japanese one. Now I became a refugee in Switzerland, anyway.
7.Viewers need some explanation. This is what I figured out after uploading bunch of my films. You might know what the film is about, but people who first watch film have no idea what is in it. This is the reason why, I added "Contents" on my film. This will give a viewer some expectation of what they gonna watch. My method is just following the traditional "term paper" writing style for colleges. One main theme (perps), and several main points (explanations of anchoring,etc).
8.Take some statistics of the place you film might be useful. In my experience, when I stayed in the rural area, say I parked my car next to a park, I found people just show up in the park or cars passby. When I stayed few hours in a small coast line parking area, the parking lot became full in less than 30 min, and some cars had to park in red zone. I might share that pictures in video form, if I have time. You can check out how things changes in the area by visiting the same place in different time of regular day or weekend, and visiting the same area in same time of regular day or weekend.
9.Record the date and time and place. This will show when things happened or similar things happened again in what time of what day at which place. i.e. About five minutes later, a perp showed up, then you should explain there were five minutes passed than just connecting films.
