Part four of four in a series of Cyclocross specific strength training videos. The following clips should illustrate a cycling workout to be done once or twice per week preceding and during the Cyclocross season. These exercises emphasize leg, core and upper body strength that will help even the most novice cross racer withstand the cruelest hour in bike racing.
The videos are meant to be done in succession, without break (1-4) then repeated once. The video should help with technique to ensure that the right body part is being severely hammered into submission.
