I had depression for 10 years unmediated It wasn't easy but I won, the few times I was hospitalized and forced medication it caused me to developed the mania side of bipolar, I'm currently on a ITO being forced meds, as soon as I'm off it I will take up the fight again in the name of self control, My body brain and emotions

  • @Php48 You haven't the slightest idea of what you are talking about.

  • What? Between the chain saw and the train, one may never know.

  • Again she speaks the truth but akathasia if you receive treatment incorrectly it us very harsh too

  • Its incredible how they can brainwash people to think that being human is a mental illness, just so they can push there drugs. Stability is something that comes with age and experience, by taking there drugs you are retarding your development.

If your down you need to tell yourself to be strong, and if you try you will move that weight.

If your up you need to tell your self to settle.

    SELF CONTROL!!!!!!!

its like breaking in a horse

The problem is nurture not nature !

  • OMG I thought I was alone I have mood swings constantly with mine,, it drives me crazy! I constantly wish to die. I'm just too tired to fight anymore. I'm done.

  • I really like what she said because I have struggles too. I did have years of normal. No one would have ever known I was delusional and hospitalized at one point in my life. When my moods struck again it was ten years later, and it looked like anxious depression. I get sort of shifting anxiety, "hyper, agitated behavior" which I mask well. Chronic sleep issues. I get down. I feel like I wear a mask.

  • who is conducting this interview? I know this guy.. I have seen him in movies or something.

  • I get them every half hour when I'm in this. But I've had 15 years since that. Been on my meds. I'm a songwriter and pianist and singer so I have catharsis'.Interesting video though. We live and learn right?
