Here at the Matthews Library one of our favorite(perhaps I should say "favourite") books is Alice in Wonderland, due in no small part to the gorgeous illustrations of that dream woven mad tea party published many times over the decades. Here are but a few of the artists' renderings of what transpired at that odd little gathering....Enjoy! (The song, "White Rabbit" was composed by Grace Slick)

Beautiful illustrations of one of the most demented stories ever. An illustrated version was one of my first memories of reading and paved the way for my love of Fantasy today.
Have to agree with Davesghola, that final picture is amazing.

Thanks for sharing, I love all of the illustrations. Alice in Wonderland is one of my favorite books. It was the first book I gave my niece when she was born. My favorite illustration is the last one at 2:20!
