I pre-ordered mine from game, got it today but didnt say i pre-ordered it but would i have gotten this thing if i had or is this only from the internet?

If you pre-ordered it you should have gotten it. Some people say it was a GameStop exclusive, and thats where I got mine. I really don't know.
