living in China like in the jail

This is the place in downtown ,in Beijing,China.
Which is 5 mins away from worker's gym,one of the Olympic gym.

people live there like in the cell.
This is the way The local community committee protect
local resident as they say. Simply lock them like in the jail.

The local community committee of Communist Party said：
"it's all for your good" "for safety reasons" and "you won't lose
bicycle anymore",on the contrary, the ture fact is , people lost
they bike like as always, just counts it, more then a hundred people
climb ouer everyday try to save time to go to work or school etc,
especially hard for senior citizen go
around and impossible for them to go climb, ,what if the place
is on fire? would people be able to evacuate on time over the fence?
one more thing, they even rub the pig oil on it to avoid climbing it.
that's go too far,,


After several years passed,local resident call the news paper reporter,
different hot line,
even the mayor for that,they leave less then 6 inchs wide to let
people edge in,,,what about the pregnant or people who have baby?
Can they go in? just have a look at the iron chain locked on
the fence,,make people think that this is a backyard door left for dog.
please just be human,,,,

Is this the so called harmonious community? the "slogan" we pursue

And the local resident was just trying to let the little door open,
so far all ended in vain. I love my country. Since China already open to the world,
can"t they open ther little door for Communist Party sake?
