You can't plan the future by dwelling in the past. If that was true Europe couldn't have survived and developed as we see it today. For sure, Sudan & Ethiopia had some unpleasant past history with each other, but their people are mature enough to let the past to remain in the past and look forward together as respecting/understanding neighbors to each other.
