Is it a good idea to install these in the winter even though there is no snow but it's like 30degrees f outside?

@snnnoopy You can cancel the signal in areas of your yard depending on your layout. To do this, you would twist the wire back onto itself when you are rejoining an area you've already covered.

I bought this and the Two metals points broke through my dogs skin !!!!!! The collar was NOT tight either .
