Played on a Gamecube and Recorded with a DVD Recorder
Improvement of 5 seconds mainly thanks to a new Rouge's part strategy and better execution of the other parts

Thanks SadisticMystic for the glitches and tricks performed at this video and ReneBalow for the Rouge's Part

At 0:16 you can aim for the time switch from outside of that area, you just have to aim exactly toward it leaning on the wall
A pause/unpause trick is performed ir order to shoot missiles at exact frames

At 1:06 you can shoot the 2 enemies on that other area from there, just aim for the enemies, move away a bit and shoot
You will destroy the 2 enemies and the door/hatch will open early saving time

You have to wait for the black blocks to raise you up, so there's no way to save time at the beginning of Eggman's part

1:40 - A trick called Hover Jump is performed in order to reach certain places that were impossible with a normal Jump and Hover, making it possible to Jump Hover the height of 2 boxes
To perform it Jump and press A again as fast as possible

1:56 - A quick pause/unpause trick is performed in order to minimalize the frames between the 2 A presses making it possible to jump hover the height of 2 boxes and a half
To perform it Press A-Start and then Start-A almost simultaneously

Rouge's part, to jump and grab that object at 2:44 you have to jump at this spot

Then press Analog stick Up or toward that object instantly and rouge will grab that, note that this in inconsistent

Then to stop the time permanently you have to press the switch and drill dive as fast as you can, once you pass a certain spot time will be stoped permanently
Take care beacuse if you jump a certain height after you land on the ground the switch will start counting again

Knuckles part, to break through the level bounds at the first room you have to press the Analog Stick toward this spot

You can also force toward that corner and Knuckles will be pushed to that spot, then press Analog stick up to pass through
Then Proceed out of bounds

You can touch the switch at 3:49 from out of bounds, but take care because if you approach too much Knuckles will be sucked into the wall

At Sonic's part, to stop the time permanently just charge a Spin Dash, Release it, pass the switch taking a good distance of it

If you are wondering why I am collecting rings, this is a trick that I found, that way you can have unlimited attempts at Rouge, Knuckles and Sonic's part, and since the clock is stopped it doesn't loses time at all

  • How did you permanently stop time? Tagging it and then fleeing like shit crazy?

  • @HyperShadic0 Yeah, if I miss anything from the Sonic adventure series, is the ability to really EARN the top rank. As much as I love the Modern Sonic games, I really hate how S ranks are given just by beating the level as fast as possible. Granted when you're dashing at 200 mph, it's kind of hard to rank otherwise, but still. it just forces everyone to time attack.

  • @darkriku144 You can only get so many points as a time bonus. If you found a good balance between doing tricks, collecting rings, and destroying enemies, you will get more points than the time bonus could ever give you.
