I Miss You Breyer ♡

This video is dedicated to my previous horse, Breyer. We bought him April 2005 and sold him in August 2007. I'm posting this video because today because in less than 2 weeks, on May 18th 2011, it will be Breyer's 20th birthday. Sadly, I haven't spoken to his new owners for the past couple of years so I don't know how he is currently doing.

Breyer was the first real jumper I ever owned. He LOVED to jump!!! He was an excellent teacher and a great friend to me. We started off jumping 2ft-2'6" when I first bought him and by the end we were jumping up to 3'8". Looking back on it now, I feel like I often took him for granted and didn't appreciate him enough. He was such an amazing horse, but because he was definitely very strong and difficult to ride I often got frustrated and angry with him. I've learned a lot about horses since then and I've come to find out that you can't really blame stuff on a horse or get mad at them, it will just make a bad situation worse. Even though I will admit that sometimes I did not show him as much love and gratitude as he deserved, he always stuck by my side and put his heart and soul into working as hard as he could for me. I am glad we were able to spend 2 wonderful and fun years together as a team. I miss him very much and will never ever forget him or the special bond we had together.

I hope that where ever Breyer is, he is happy, healthy, and enjoying life. Happy 20th Birthday.

Why did u have to sell him?!?!?! i would have been heartbroken!!!!!! Wherever he is I also hope that he is happy, healthy, and enjoying life. :)
