@AsunderCleft I've read about blood types and there is no evidence to support it. As a theory it is neat but it was just an idea that made a guy money. Human biology doesn't change significantly because of blood type. We are all made to be perfectly healthy by consuming, meat, eggs, poultry, fish, fat, vegetables and fruit. Other foods are inflammatory and cause disease i.e. sugar leading to heart disease.

@wccrispy That's true. It will even cure obesity. Check out the free book called eat fat, get thin in .pdf format. Americans aren't mainly fat btw, they are carrying the heavy burden of disease due to eating wrong foods for the blood type, avoiding fat, and eating un-natural foods.

Burned $6 of butter- def need clearer instructions!!

Eating fat doesn't cause or contribute to obesity or diabetes, sugar does. Fat is good and healthy for us.

Sometimes I make ghee, but I find that making it myself takes too much time. As a yoga teacher, Ancient Organics brand is the only kind I use for Ayurvedic recipes (Panchakarma/Shatkarma, Yogic practices). The butter they use is higher quality that any kind I can buy at the grocery store. It's a small local company near Berkeley CA, and the cooks chant Vedic Mantras over it during the production process. I would highly recommend Ancient Organics if you don't have lots of time to make it.

This is not true. Ghee is more fat than butther, cause when you make Ghee, what you do is basically eliminate caseine, lactose and water.
