Powell knew this was BS. Y is he using Disney-like cartoon sketches for something of this magnitude? We have 24 orbiting satellites (GPALS) capable of reading dates off the back of a dimes in the dark,see through your home,determine how many cavities U and your children have, read heat patterns, determine sex etc.which they used in Iraq several months later.This is called treason! Colin was Chrmn of JCS...Now hes doing PR for The One. He was not misled..Sadly, we were yet again.

The evidence from all sides that he was misled. He spent two full days prior to the speech in consultation with CIA executives who assured him that every point in his speech was accurate and well substantiated. The NIE short form was provided to lawmakers by the CIA, and was completely misleading and overly confident - you can read it yourself to see. The CIA and DIA brass are the ones to blame for Iraq, not Powell.
