This should have been the 2nd episode aired after the 4th season premiere. IMO, it would have shown that Tiff was not only smart, elegant but also kicked ass. Shelley was fantastic in this scene.

Shelley Hack remains my # 1 favorite angel among all (TV, Movies) of the angels. Her style and sophistication were impeccable. Her character was not given a chance to connect with audiences. The writers and producers were at fault for that. NOT Shelley. And come on- they said Shelley couldn't act?!! No one on the show was EVER going to be mistaken as an Oscar winner so let's be real. And as much as I love Tanya Roberts (2nd favorite angel)- her acting was far worse than Shelley's. Great video!!!

@movielothario I also heard that Jayne Kennedy and Iman auditioned for the show, too!! Where did you get the info on Ms. Belafonte?
What a shame...It would have been interesting to see what these other ladies might have done with the role! Still, I liked Shelley Hack and wish it woulda worked out.

If you didn't know, Shari Belafonte was nearly cast as Tiffany Welles. Why she didn't get the part has never been stated. I expect, at the time, the idea of an African-American actress headlining a prime time series along side two Caucasian women was unheard of. Interesting side note: Aaron Spelling felt bad about passing her over, so he got her on "Hotel" to make up for it.

Shelley was really good and the show should have given her another season to settle in. I hated Tanya Roberts. Anyway I just wanted to comment because your channel name MissDuncanifYourNasty is just the greatest.
