Your first point isn't true; firstly, a lot of employers don't employ women because of the risk of them requiring maternity leave (while fathers are often unfairly denied paternity leave). The pay gap is present regardless of marital or parental status; the higher up the career ladder, the wider the gap.

I don't see the logical connection between accidental deaths and feminism. Those horrible accidents aren't related to sexual discrimination, it's the unfortunate dangers of the job(s).

Take single childless men and single childless women in comparable jobs and the 'pay gap' vanishes. I understand women in their early-mid twenties on average earn slightly more than men in the UK.

There are other considerations. Well over 90% of deaths resulting from industrial accidents befall men in Britain, the US and Canada. Invariably women see advancement in terms of 'safe' office jobs. You will never see a feminist demanding equal representation on trawlers, oil rigs or down mines.

Are you kidding? There's solid actual PROOF of the pay gap - it's currently at about 17.1%, and looks set to increase with the current economical climate. The Fawcett Society is just one of the many websites that cite proof of this.

1 in 4 women in the UK will be raped or sexually coerced in their lifetime. The number of false rape claims made is tiny. Less than 6% of rape claims result in a conviction, because everyone believes stupid myths about nasty, lying women out for revenge.
