Your English is pretty good for a non-native speaker, actually. I play lots of computer games from the European Union and the translators turn out to be far less proficient than you.
I fail to see what's cute about this clip, though.

As for the clip, at least among Japanese this is considered to be extremely cute. In my opinion, it's more absurd than it is cute, which makes it better than typical anime (allegedly) cute videos.
