@prezrenfro34s point in this is that the security guard had zero right to do what he did as the same point that the skaters had zero right to be skating on private property. there are more civil ways to handle things. obviously these guys were being annoying punks (which i deal with ALL the time at my job and i haven't attacked anyone) but the guard should have called the police instead of letting his testosterone get the best of him. plain and simple. the guard got a little power happy.
