Intamin Accelerator Coasters (Kingda Ka & Top Thrill Dragster) have documented and video evidence of a rollback but there is no documented evidence of a rollback on Storm Runner as its 72mph and a drop of 180ft. Hypersonic XLC had a launch of 81mph and a drop of 133ft. In order to have the elements of a rollback on Storm Runner is if the wind is over 40mph going into the wind at launch which I don't believe have been seen on Storm Runner.
