材料:檸檬汁11g、砂糖54g、奶油13g
玉米粉24g、砂糖40g、鹽少許、肉桂粉2g、蘋果300g

做法:
蘋果切粗丁浸泡檸檬水之後,瀝乾備用。
將檸檬水放入鍋中,再加入糖與奶油煮滾。
將玉米粉、水、鹽與糖拌開,再將麵糊加入鍋中,煮至
膠凝狀,再將蘋果丁與肉桂粉放入拌勻,蘋果餡就完成了。
取一張起酥皮,將餡料放入起酥皮中,將四周雙上蛋液粘合起來,用刀在週邊切出熊掌狀,表面上再刷上蛋液。放入烤箱中以220度烘烤15分鐘即可。
