Sorry but the easiest way is not all ways the tastiest, very little flavoring cant see how its going to compare to restaurants cooking! ok for a quick snack.

I am not criticizing about the way you cook but you can't really do much with electric stove. For Chinese food, I prefer to cook with gas stove. The bigger the fire, the better, this way you can have what is so call the "wok air". Nevertheless, the food that you make in this video looks delicious.
